When using our Internet Banking site, the collection of personal information online is designed to protect access to your personal accounts and to assist the bank in providing you with the products and services you want and need. All personal information collected and stored by the bank is used for specific business purposes: to protect and administer your personal accounts and transactions; to comply with state and federal banking regulations; and to help the bank better understand your financial needs in order to design or improve our products and services. We consider all of this information private and confidential and will not distribute this information, other than:

  • Where you, the customer, requests or consents to disclosure.
  • Where we are legally required to do so.
  • Where we have agreed to provide information under contracts (e.g. credit bureau).
  • Where it is necessary to provide information to complete a transaction authorized by you.

The mobile banking app may collect personal information from you or your financial institution, such as your first and last name, address, e-mail, User IDs, telephone number, and social security number when you create an account and use . This information could include your address or contacts (e.g. to make P2P (peer to peer) payments using Zelle or other payments functionality). We will collect the financial and transaction information necessary to provide you with the Services, including account numbers, payment card expiration date, payment card identification, verification numbers, and transaction and payment history.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by calling us at the number provided above, e-mailing us at the above address, writing us at the above address.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them, financial information that we maintain about them, communications that the customer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.
