Pursuant to the Monroe County Public Health Order effective July 17, 2020:

For the health and safety of our customers and staff, face coverings are required when visiting the lobbies of our Monroe County locations. If you need a mask-free banking option, our drive-thru is available. As always, our internet banking, mobile banking, debit cards, and ATMs are always available to use 24 hours per day/7 days per week!

Welcome Back! We missed you!

PSB is happy to announce that beginning on Tuesday, May 26th, we will be opening many of our branch lobbies to once again serve you!   We have missed you, and our staff is excited to welcome you back inside to take care of your banking needs in person. We will be back to our normal lobby customer hours at all locations with the exception of the Bloomington – North Side location and the Bloomington – Downtown location.  Both of these branches will still be open for drive-thru traffic and available for in-person visits by appointment only.  To view the hours and contact information for all of our convenient locations, please click here. 

With the opening of our lobbies, we want you to be aware that we are following the state and federal guidelines closely to help prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.  As you enter our lobbies, you may notice some subtle changes and in our procedures to ensure we are following the recommendations to keep you and our staff protected.  We ask that as you enter our branches, please look for our signs directing you through these easy steps.  You can find our full description of our Covid-19 Safeguard Protocols and Lobby Opening Plan here.

Continued Drive-Thru Only Operations

All PSB locations will continue operating as drive-thru only until further notice. We are open and continue to provide essential services to our customers and communities, but our branch lobbies will remain closed in order to minimize face-to-face interactions and prevent the spread of the virus.

The COVID-19 virus pandemic continues to impact our communities and The Peoples State Bank has taken steps to keep our customers and our employees safe. We will continue to follow guidance and recommendations from the experts such as best practices for enhanced cleaning and sanitizing at all of our locations as well as following social distancing practices. 

Please be assured that we are here to continue to serve you and we remain open and ready to help.

We’ve been continuously monitoring the latest guidance from state and national authorities aimed at protecting our communities, our customers and our employees. As a result, we have decided to temporarily close our branch lobbies beginning on Thursday, March 19th in order to minimize face-to-face interactions. This will allow us do our part in preventing the spread of the virus to those most vulnerable. 

Our drive thru lanes will remain open to serve a majority of your banking needs during our normal business hours. Our ATMs are available 24 hour per day, 7 days per week for quick and convenient cash access. Our Night Depository can be utilized for dropping after hours deposits.

We expect for the limited access to our branch lobbies to continue through April 4th. That could change, so as necessary we will provide updates through our website and Facebook page so that you can check for the latest information in order to plan your visit.

Please be assured that all of our staff, services, and products will continue to all be available even while our branch hours may be limited. If you have a need beyond what can be done through our digital tools, telephone, or drive thru lanes, we will do our best to make suitable alternative arrangements.
